YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:

• You will independently prepare all starters and the starter buffet and present them creatively.
• Responsibility for designing and implementing a varied salad buffet – for a perfect start to every meal.
• You will personally look after our guests in the buffet and show kitchen, ensuring they have a special experience.
• You keep an eye on inventory management in accordance with HACCP standards and ensure the highest quality and freshness.

WHAT SETS YOU APART:

• You are creative and open to new ideas—always looking for inspiration for your creations.
• Warm and friendly when dealing with guests and enthusiastic about working in a team—you know how to inspire guests and motivate the team.
• A high degree of personal responsibility and an independent way of working are a matter of course for you.
• You have completed vocational training as a chef and have at least 3 years of professional experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry.
• Very good German language skills will help you to communicate confidently with colleagues and guests.
