Section Chef (m/f/d)

For our kitchen at the Böglerhof, we are looking for a Chef de Partie Entremetier (m/f/d) who knows their craft and manages their station with care and responsibility.

For us, what counts are high-quality ingredients, clean workmanship, and a kitchen team that can rely on one another. You’ll work independently at your station, contribute your experience, and—together with your colleagues—help ensure that our guests enjoy consistently high-quality dishes every day.

Start date: December 2 or by agreement—either as a seasonal or full-time position.Your responsibilities with us:

• You’ll manage the Entremetier station independently and organize daily operations in your area.
• You’ll be responsible for the proper preparation and cooking of dishes at your station.
• You’ll always keep an eye on the quality, flavor, and appealing presentation of our dishes.
• You’ll ensure a well-prepared mise en place and smooth operations during service.
• You handle our ingredients and products with care and responsibility.
• You’ll work closely with the other stations and provide support wherever needed in the daily kitchen operations.
• Adherence to our quality, hygiene, and safety standards is a given for you.
• You value respectful interactions and clear, appreciative communication within the kitchen team.
