Your mission:
• Station Chef with the Big Picture: You’ll independently manage your own kitchen station and ensure that everything runs smoothly during service.
• Quality guarantor: You ensure that every dish reflects our standards—with an eye for detail and a clear commitment to quality.
• Culinary Innovator: You contribute your own ideas, refine dishes, and work closely with our head chef and the team.
• Team mentor: You support our commis chefs and apprentices, share your knowledge, and serve as a role model in your daily work.
• Organizational Talent: You handle mise en place, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient workflow at your station.
• Hygiene Expert: HACCP is second nature to you—you ensure cleanliness, order, and structure in your area.
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
• Experience & Skills: Completed training as a chef and professional experience as a chef de partie or an ambitious demi chef.
• Sense of responsibility: You work independently, contribute ideas, and take responsibility for your area.
• Passion for culinary arts: You take pleasure in high-quality ingredients and a creative, sophisticated culinary style.
• Resilience & composure: Even when things get hectic, you stay focused and confident.
