Your mission:

Station Chef with a Discerning Palate: You’ll lead the garde manger station in coordination with the kitchen management and take responsibility for the dishes served.
Creative Artist: Salads, dressings, dips, and appetizers become moments of true enjoyment in your hands.
Show Kitchen Pro: You’ll work independently at the show kitchen, wowing our guests.
Mentor to the Next Generation: You’ll train our apprentices, guide them, and show them how to excel in the cold cuts station.
Warehouse Manager: You ensure the proper storage and inventory control of goods while always maintaining a clear overview.
Flexible Kitchen All-Rounder: Working at other stations in the main kitchen is no problem for you—you’re ready to pitch in wherever needed.

Culinary expertise: A completed culinary training program and experience in the upscale hospitality industry make you a true professional in your field.
