You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—from the warm welcome to the farewell. You’ll answer questions, coordinate arrivals and departures, handle reservations, and—with your organizational skills and friendly demeanor—be an important part of our team.

What You Bring to the Table
You enjoy interacting with people and treat every guest with warmth and respect. You’re organized, keep your cool even during busy moments, and enjoy being part of a team that supports one another.
Training or experience in tourism is a plus—but what matters most to us are your personality, your dedication, and your enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Proficiency with reception software.
- Maintaining the database for registration and guest records.
- Preparing daily menus, morning announcements, and drink and food menus.
- Handling correspondence in German and English via email and phone.
- Working closely with all departments to best meet guests’ needs
