Requirements
- Completed culinary training and relevant work experience
- Very good knowledge of German
- Physical fitness and good health
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Ideally, experience in a traditional, family-run establishment with an à la carte restaurant and hotel guests
- Shared responsibility for cleanliness and order in the kitchen and storage areas
- Ability to handle stress and work independently
- Openness and flexibility
- Enjoyment and enthusiasm for cooking with fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Assisting the head chef with menu planning
- Compliance with HACCP regulations
