Requirements

  • Completed culinary training and relevant work experience
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Physical fitness and good health
  • Sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Ideally, experience in a traditional, family-run establishment with an à la carte restaurant and hotel guests
  • Shared responsibility for cleanliness and order in the kitchen and storage areas
  • Ability to handle stress and work independently
  • Openness and flexibility
  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm for cooking with fresh and seasonal ingredients 
  • Assisting the head chef with menu planning
  • Compliance with HACCP regulations
