Description

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie for our company. You will support our award-winning kitchen crew in the preparation and presentation of all dishes. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team. Career opportunities are always open to you in our company!

We are currently rebuilding! After our renovation by spring 2024, the following renovations will be added:

8 new rooms and suites
New massage room with lake view
Rooftop fitness and yoga room with terrace & lake view
Lake terrace roofing for year-round use
Relaxation room renovation for wellness all year round

We would be happy to inform you about your tasks in advance:

À la carte service in the evening for approx. 50 seats (hotel guests and external guests)
For hotel guests: À la carte snacks in the afternoon
Food preparation
Breakfast service
Ordering the required goods
Independent organization of the storage of goods according to HACCP

Requirements

You enjoy working with people.
You enjoy preparing delicious food.
You have experience in the hospitality industry.
Very good knowledge of German.
Very good knowledge of English.
Experience in upscale à la carte service is an advantage.
Friendly & respectful cooperation is our A&O.
