Assistant Restaurant Management (m/f/d)

As a country hotel with a focus on seminars, conferences and events of all kinds, there is a lot to organize in advance and our guests have to be looked after in the best possible way. To accomplish this, you will work closely with the service management.

For this position, with 40 hours and 5 days per week, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 3,000.00.

We are happy to pay more for good qualifications, relevant experience and hard work.

We are a colorful, familiar team with a lot of fun at work, you will certainly not get bored, as the job is very varied, we offer you a full-time job as a year-round position without a fixed term and there is good food during working hours.

Your area of responsibility:

• daily mise en place
• Ordering
• Food and drinks menus
• Menu coordination with the kitchen
• Food and beverage service for guests
• Independent work and decision-making power for certain activities
• Various preparatory and follow-up work in the service process
• Teamwork... everyone supports each other and we are not afraid of any task
• varied services with a focus on evening service
• Supervision of the wine and drinks list
