Assistant Restaurant Management (m/f/d)

As a country hotel specializing in seminars, conferences, and events of all kinds, we have a lot to organize in advance and need to provide the best possible service to our guests on-site. To accomplish this, you will work closely with the service management team.

For this position, which is 40 hours a week over 5 days, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 3,000.00.

We are happy to pay more for strong qualifications, relevant experience, and a hard-working attitude.

We are a diverse, close-knit team that truly enjoys our work; you certainly won’t get bored, as the job is very varied. We offer you a full-time, year-round position with no fixed-term contract, and there is good food provided during working hours. 

Your responsibilities:

• Daily mise en place
• Food and beverage menus
• Menu coordination with the kitchen  
• Food and beverage service to guests
• Covering for a colleague at the bar
• Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding certain tasks 
• Various preparatory and follow-up tasks during service 
• Teamwork... everyone supports everyone else, and no task is too menial for us
• Varied shifts with a focus on evening service
• Managing the wine and beverage menu 
• Inventory control for beverages
• Active participation in service operations and managing your own stations
