You work from 06:30 to 15:00 and have no part or late duty. With creative ideas you can work independently and take care of our guests and employees
Your area of responsibility
- Responsible for the kitchen team Breakfast/Team Restaurant/Room Service
- Ensuring a smooth workflow
- Responsibility for impeccable quality of all dishes
- Design of the food offer for the above mentioned areas
- Close cooperation with the kitchen director
- Familiarization and training of the kitchen team
- Organization and coordination of cross-team tasks
- Quality management at the breakfast buffet

- Several years of professional experience & management experience in the hotel industry or gastronomy in the same position an advantage
- Passion to create classic dishes at the highest level

- Strong hands on mentality
- Eye & love for details as well as high quality awareness
- Passion for the profession & enjoyment of working in a team
- Creativity & organisational skills
