At Stanglwirt, around 300 guest-friends work all year round. For the independent station management and culinary guest service, we are looking forward to welcoming a lovely and collegial Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to the team soon

We don't want to say much about guest services and all the tasks. You know best how to offer guests a relaxing and discreet vacation experience and how to inspire them in our restaurants. You'll get inspiration for this not only from the menu, drinks and wine list. You know your way around Stanglwirt and its world of experiences. And for the non-German speaking guests, you'll unpack your English. You know other languages? All the better!
- You feel like taking over the responsibility for your station now? -
First of all, you will learn everything you need to know during your induction. Later, you will take part in team meetings and daily menu discussions. You'll be able to handle billing and the drinks stand with ease. Maybe you already have experience with Oracle/ Fidelio, Tips/Orderman, MS Office? Whatever the case, always remember: if you really want to learn it, you will learn it!

But all our Chef de Rangs also take care of back office work and help with mise en place. They pass on information from meetings and lend a hand, both in their own team and with the other teams
The fact that not everything always goes well is also part of everyday life. We use such opportunities to learn from them and to improve continuously. Despite our individuality, we have a common goal: the highest quality! Learning together, sharing knowledge and not taking constructive criticism personally are part of this for us
