Your area of responsibility
Acceptance and processing of reservation requests
Voucher creation and shipping
Active sales at the guest (by phone & mail)
Guest services and information desk
At Stanglwirt we do not work with booking portals or incoming partners (booking.com etc.), our reservation staff are therefore the central contacts for all bookings made by our guests

Requirements
Very good computer and EDP skills
Communication skills - Good and confident manners as well as verbal expression
Fluent written and spoken German
Advanced knowledge of English (other foreign language skills: Italian or French an advantage)
Experience with the hotel software MICROS FIDELIO 8 advantageous
Responsible and accurate way of working
Discretion and trustworthiness
Friendly and outgoing nature
Team player with pleasure in the hotel business
Willingness for further training
