YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Guest relations for breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Work in the Office
- Chef de Rangs support
- Creation mise en place and cleanliness of the station
- Helping to set up the breakfast buffet, the salad buffet and the theme buffets
- Carrying out the daily cleaning operations
- Participation in the daily menu discussions
- Knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
