At Stanglwirt, around 300 guest-friends work all year round. For the independent takeover of a post in our kitchen brigade, we are looking forward to welcoming an experienced and collegial Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to the team soon

We don't want to say much about the diverse tasks at a kitchen post. You know best how to prepare guests with an upscale menu & culinary highlights in our restaurants and at events. You will be inspired by our sustainable philosophy and our organic farming, which you will intelligently combine with your vegan-vegetarian training
And you also understand how to turn guests' special preferences or health needs into special culinary experiences
You are curious and want to join the team now?
You will first learn everything you need to know about your tasks during your induction. Later, you will take part in team meetings and daily menu discussions. You will work independently from the procurement of goods to the mise en place and the timely item preparation for the service times. And leaving a clean and tidy workplace for the next service is part of your professional honor

All chefs are involved in the training of our apprentices. You are a role model for our apprentices and teach them how to work according to recipes, how to handle fresh and high-quality products and hygiene standards. Do you like working with direct guest contact yourself? Then you will not only have the opportunity to do this together with our apprentices
We are always colleagues too!
No matter what task or rank we have, we are always colleagues. It goes without saying that we adhere to rules such as punctuality, reliability and honesty. In the kitchen, we work hand in hand, pass on information and support each other
The fact that not everything always goes well is also part of everyday life. We use such opportunities to learn from them and to improve continuously. Despite our individuality, we have a common goal: quality! Learning together, sharing knowledge and not taking constructive criticism personally are part of this for us.
