Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
Location: Wedelhütte | 2350 m above sea level Season: Winter 2025/2026 Entry: from December 2025 Main kitchen
You lead your post. With craftsmanship, attitude and responsibility.
As Chef de Partie at the Wedelhütte, you are not just part of a team - you are responsible for your position. You have professional experience, can organize processes independently, guide young colleagues and know that your conduct on and off the stove makes all the difference.
We are not looking for a "fellow chef". We are looking for a real head chef - professional, disciplined and a team player.
Requirements
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a chef and sound professional experience
- Experience in a comparable position, ideally in the à la carte area
- Ability to manage your position independently and in a structured manner
- Exemplary appearance - both professionally and personally
- Very good knowledge of German or English
- Clean, precise and reliable work
Your tasks:
- Independent management and organization of your post
- Preparation and presentation of dishes in the à la carte and menu area
- Ensuring quality and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP standards
- Instructing and training Commis and Demi Chef de Partie at your post
- Mise en place and stock control
- Working closely with the head chef and sous chef
- Support in the further development of our dishes and processes
- Enjoy working on the mountain, you can reach us by ski, snowboard, gondola and snowcat
