Your responsibilities:
- Independent management of a station (meat, fish, sauces, cold dishes, or desserts)
- Preparing and plating dishes for our guests
- Ensuring food quality and a passion for good food
- Independently ensuring a professional mise en place
- Ensuring an optimal production workflow
- Compliance with prescribed HACCP guidelines
- Proper handling of food and work materials
Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
- Economically and ecologically sustainable work
- Well-groomed appearance
- Communicative and interpersonal skills
- Ambition, sociability and motivation
