Your responsibilities:
- Independent management of a station (meat, fish, sauces, cold dishes, or desserts)
- Preparing and plating dishes for our guests
- Ensuring food quality and a passion for good food
- Independently ensuring a professional mise en place
- Ensuring an optimal production workflow
- Compliance with prescribed HACCP guidelines
- Proper handling of food and work materials
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and leadership qualities
- Economically and environmentally sustainable work practices
- Well-groomed appearance
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambition, sociability, and motivation
- Strong focus on service and quality
- Excellent communication skills and a persuasive, engaging demeanor
- Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and high level of commitment
- Team player and ability to handle stress
- Language skills
