To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a dedicated Chef de Rang (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities:
- Independently managing a service station
- Providing warm and professional service to our international guests
- Ensuring a first-class service experience at the highest level
- Working closely with the kitchen, sommelier, and bar to create a perfect guest experience
- Actively contributing to an unforgettable fine-dining experience
- Adhering to our quality and service standards and assisting with the training of new team members
Requirements
- Several years of experience in upscale hospitality or a comparable position
- A strong hospitality-oriented personality with a passion for excellent service
- A friendly, confident demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- High level of professionalism, team spirit, and a commitment to quality at the highest level
- Quick learner and a desire to continuously develop
- In-depth knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, spirits, and digestifs, or a willingness to continually expand this knowledge
- Very good written and spoken German and English; additional foreign languages are a plus
- Completion of vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry is desirable
