To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a service associate (m/f/d) with or without cashier experience for our Bergfried Alm, our popular à la carte restaurant.
As part of our service team, you’ll use your warmth, attentiveness, and love for interacting with people to ensure that our guests feel well taken care of from the very first moment. With your dedication and personality, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Requirements
As a service employee, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and will represent the Bergfried Alm through your personality and demeanor. That’s why a warm and friendly manner, a well-groomed appearance, and a positive attitude are a given for us.
For this position, we are looking for:
- A friendly, attentive, and service-oriented demeanor
- A neat and well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
- Motivation, flexibility, and a passion for working as part of a team
- Ability to handle pressure and stamina—even during busy service periods
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Experience in the service industry is a plus but not required—we warmly welcome dedicated career changers and provide comprehensive training
A passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn new things are just as important to us as prior professional experience.
