Do you love interacting with guests, have an eye for detail, and want to take on responsibility for a section as a Chef de Rang? Then you’ve come to the right place.
As a Commi de Rang (m/f/d), you’re a passionate host and, together with our service team, ensure smooth and warm service. You’ll manage a section independently and in collaboration with a Chef de Rang, ensuring that every stay becomes a special experience.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of a section of the restaurant
- Providing warm and professional service and advice to our guests
- Taking orders and providing professional service for food and beverages
- Ensuring a smooth service flow
- Preparing and tidying up your station (mise en place)
- Working closely with the station’s chef de rang and the entire service team
- Supporting professional and attentive guest service
- Adhering to our high quality and service standards
Requirements
As a Commi de Rang, you’re always in direct contact with people, so politeness, a well-groomed appearance, and a friendly demeanor are absolute must-haves. Strong language skills in German and English are very important to us. We consider motivation, flexibility, perseverance, and a positive attitude to be essential requirements for this profession.
