To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Acting as the head chef’s representative
- Developing innovative dessert creations and products
- Helping to design and optimize menu and dessert concepts for our team of chefs
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
- Leading and motivating a high-performing team
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in the culinary arts
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in luxury hotels and high-volume establishments
- In-depth knowledge of international dishes and trends
- Experience in purchasing and product procurement
- Strong communication skills
- Language skills
