To strengthen our team, we’re looking for an experienced pastry chef/entremetier (m/f/d)

  • Developing innovative dishes and products
  • Helping to design and optimize menu and dessert concepts for our team of chefs
  • Ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency

Requirements

As Chef de Gardemanger, your focus will be on the creative preparation of appetizers, cold dishes, and exquisite compositions. With a keen eye for detail, culinary skill, and a sense of aesthetics, you’ll create culinary experiences that delight our guests.

For this position of responsibility, we are looking for:

  • Completed training as a chef, as well as professional experience in fine dining
  • A passion for high-quality ingredients, creativity, and a strong commitment to quality
