Requirements

Professional Requirements:

  • Completed training as a pastry chef, pâtissier, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in fine dining, the hospitality industry, or a pastry shop.
  • In-depth knowledge of the preparation of desserts, cakes, pastries, and chocolate creations.
  • Creativity and a keen sense of current pastry trends.
  • Proficiency in various preparation techniques and the use of high-quality ingredients.
  • Good knowledge of hygiene and quality standards.

Personal Qualifications:

  • Creativity and attention to detail in the development and presentation of desserts.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Ability to work well in a team and enjoy collaborating with other departments.
  • High resilience and flexibility, even in stressful situations.
