The Böglerhof is a family-run house in the Alpbachtal and we are looking for a Chef de Rang for our service team with immediate effect or by appointment.
Your tasks:
Overall responsibility for a service station
Guest service on v.a. consultation and sales
Wine, drink and food recommendations
Guidance of the Commis de Rangs / trainees / interns in the service department
Mise en place Arbeiten
Weinservice
Requirements
A completed training as a service specialist
Love for the profession
Independent way of working
Very good communication skills (German C1/ English B2)
A high level of service orientation and a strong sense of guest relations
Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
