Description
We will be hiring a Chef de Rang from April.
As a Chef de Rang in the service department, you will work in the toque-awarded gourmet restaurant of our ***** luxury hotel in an annual position.
Our restaurant has been awarded 3 Gault Millau toques, making it one of the best in South Tyrol. The hotel is open 11 months a year!
As the "Best 5* Hotel in Italy (according to Trivago 2018)", we value well-trained, success-oriented employees and promote them through targeted training.

Have you completed training in the hotel industry and are looking forward to a new challenge?
You will work in our young team in our gourmet restaurant. You will alternate between early and late service.
You are cordial, flexible, resilient and reliable.
You have a confident manner and a well-groomed appearance.
You have good communication skills.
You have a good command of the German language and can maintain an overview even during busy periods.
You work just as well independently as in a team.
The gourmet cuisine of our ***** hotel relies on high-quality service.
As a ***** luxury hotel, we attach great importance to our culinary offerings, upscale service and the appropriate presentation of our 7-course gourmet menu.
Appropriate wine knowledge is an advantage.
Accommodation is in single rooms with TV. Meals and accommodation are included. You have a 5 1/2 day week and enjoy the benefits of the Dolce Vita staff club. In your free time you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate of the Merano region with 315 days of sunshine and many internal benefits.

Requirements
As Chef de Rang in the service you work in the hood gourmet restaurant of our ****superior luxury hotel in Jahresstelle. Our restaurant has been awarded 3 Gault Millau toques (16 P), making it one of the best in South Tyrol. A basic education in the field of wine is an advantage.
