Description
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Chef de Rang for our 120-room hotel without an à la carte menu.
The hotel is open for two seasons, totaling nearly 10 months:
mid-December through Easter / mid-May through early November
Requirements
Working independently on my own ward, as well as helping with general tasks.
Shifts are usually split shifts from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., sometimes starting at noon.
Three-course meals are served in the evening, with a buffet night once a week.
The team consists of a total of 8 employees serving 120 beds.
