Hello there!
Are you a host* with heart, do you have an eye for detail and make our guests feel welcome from the very first moment? Do you work in an organized manner, remain calm even in stressful situations and enjoy providing professional service? Then you are the perfect fit for us - as Chef de Rang at Hotel Walserberg!
The weekly working time is 48 hours divided over 6 days. The employment relationship begins on 08.12.2025 and is expected to last until 17.04.2026
Your role in the team
- You manage your station with full vigor and nonchalance and keep an eye on your guests.
- With your confident demeanor, you ensure a smooth service process and are there as a contact person for our guests.
- You serve food and drinks according to our standards and clear dishes and glasses.
- Dealing with Orderman and the like is a matter of course and booking and invoicing orders is no challenge for you.
- Cleanliness at the stations and in the restaurant is important to you and is a matter of course for you.
- Mise en place is not a small town in the south of France for you, but an important part of your work, which you take care of yourself.
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Have you completed training in the catering/hotel industry?
- You like to organize, think along and can motivate and lead your team?
- Your wine and beverage knowledge is impressive?
- Are you a host with heart, strong communication skills and service-oriented?
- Do you have a good feel for guests, a confident manner and an eye for detail?
- Your personal responsibility and initiative make you exceptional?
- Do you value cleanliness, quality and a professional appearance - for yourself and your team?
- Are you fluent in German and English? Any other language is a bonus
