Description

Hey there!

The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. Theemployment contract begins on June 10, 2026, and is expected to run through September 25, 2026.

 

Your role in the team

  • You will work closely with the head chef and your colleagues and actively contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen team.
  • You take on responsibility, work independently, and bring initiative to your daily work.
  • You demonstrate organizational skills, particularly in planning and adhering to schedules in the kitchen.
  • You handle food responsibly and sustainably and ensure careful preparation.
  • You ensure a complete mise-en-place for breakfast, dinner, and à la carte service.
  • You prepare dishes at your assigned station professionally and with great care.
  • You are responsible for costs and ensure the economical use of ingredients.
  • You ensure the quality of the dishes by tasting them and, for example, checking the shelf life of the products.
  • You receive goods and carefully inspect them for quality and quantity.
  • You consistently adhere to all hygiene regulations and food safety laws.
  • You adhere to our internal quality standards and actively contribute to their implementation.
  • You clean your workstation regularly and ensure it remains tidy and clean.

Requirements

What you bring to the table

  • Do you have a culinary degree and several years of professional experience in the restaurant or hotel industry? 
  • Do you enjoy showcasing your creativity in food presentation?
  • Do you possess excellent technical knowledge, an entrepreneurial mindset, and cost awareness?
  • Do you have initial experience managing your own station?
  • Do your sense of responsibility and initiative set you apart?
  • Are your problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills impressive?
  • Are flexibility and resilience second nature to you?
  • Are you creative, open to new ideas, and eager to continuously develop yourself?
  • Do you love working with others to create something great?
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
