Do you love being a host and are passionate about creating an atmosphere where guests feel completely at home? Then you’re exactly the right fit for us as a restaurant manager at Hotel Walserberg!
The weekly work schedule is 48 hours spread over 6 days. Theemployment contract begins on December 8, 2025, and is expected to run through April 17, 2026.
Your role on the team
- You lead your service team with enthusiasm and ease, keeping everything under control.
- With your confident demeanor, you ensure a smooth service flow and serve as the point of contact for our guests.
- Working with Orderman and other systems comes naturally to you, and booking and processing orders are no challenge for you.
- You train, motivate, and support your team—both professionally and personally.
- Cleanliness at the stations and in the restaurant is important to you and a given.
- For you, mise en place isn’t just a small town in southern France—it’s an essential part of your work that you take care of yourself.
Requirements

- Do you have leadership experience in the service industry and can you keep a clear head even in stressful situations?
- Do you enjoy organizing, contributing ideas, and motivating and guiding your team?
- Do you have impressive knowledge of wine and beverages?
- Are you a warm and welcoming host with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset?
- Do you have a good sense of what guests need, a confident demeanor, and an eye for detail?
- Do your sense of responsibility and initiative make you stand out?
- Do you value cleanliness, quality, and a professional demeanor—for yourself and your team?
