Hello there!
Do you love being a host and are you passionate about creating an atmosphere in which guests feel completely at ease? Do you have an overview, pay attention to every detail and lead your team with heart, organizational talent and a cool head even when things get hectic? Then you've come to the right place as a restaurant manager at Hotel Walserberg!
The weekly working time is 48 hours divided over 6 days. The employment relationship begins on 08.12.2025 and is expected to last until 17.04.2026
Your role in the team
- You lead your service team with full vigor and nonchalance and have everything in view.
- With your confident demeanor, you ensure a smooth service process and are there as a contact person for our guests.
- Dealing with Orderman and co. is a matter of course and booking and invoicing orders is no challenge for you.
- You train, motivate and support your team - both professionally and personally.
- Cleanliness at the stations and in the restaurant is important to you and is a matter of course for you.
- Mise en place is not a small town in the south of France for you, but an important part of your work that you take care of yourself.
Requirements
What you bring to the table
- Do you have management experience in the service sector and can maintain an overview even in stressful situations?
- Do you like to organize, think for yourself and can motivate and guide your team?
- Your wine and beverage knowledge is impressive?
- Are you a host with heart, strong communication skills and service-oriented?
- Do you have a good feel for guests, a confident manner and an eye for detail?
- Your personal responsibility and initiative make you exceptional?
- Do you value cleanliness, quality and a professional appearance - for yourself and your team?
