Head Waiter (m/f/d)

We are looking to expand our team with a CHEF DE RANG / STATION WAITER (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

With us, you’ll be a key point of contact in our service department—with responsibility and the freedom to bring your own ideas to the table: 

• You ensure that service runs smoothly and that our guests receive warm and friendly service
• You will independently manage a service station with approximately 30 guests
• You’ll assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service with style and warmth
• You actively advise customers on wine and beverage pairings and sell with enthusiasm
• Mise en place, quality standards (HACCP), and pre- and post-preparation tasks are part of your responsibilities

Your Profile

To get started with us, you’ll need the following: 

• Completed training in the hotel and restaurant industry
• Several years of experience as a chef de rang at a 4- or 5-star hotel
• Knowledge of wine, a love of interacting with guests, and a genuine passion for service
• A neat and professional appearance, a team-oriented attitude, and a confident, friendly demeanor
• Excellent German and good English skills
