Description
We are strengthening our team with a CHEF DE RANG (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- With your personal commitment, you ensure a smooth service process & cordial guest care
- You manage a service station with approx. 30 guests
- Breakfast, lunch & dinner service
- Active wine & beverage advice including sales
- Knowledge of the current menu
- Mise en place activities
- Compliance with HACCP quality standards on your ward
- All preparation and follow-up work, including office work
Your profile
- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry
- Several years of experience as Chef de Rang in 4/5* hotels
- Wine knowledge required
- Enjoy working with people & love the profession
- Team spirit with an open charisma & charming and courteous manner
- Well-groomed appearance
- Communication talent & confident appearance
- Very good knowledge of German & English
