Reservations Associate (m/f/d)

We are looking to expand our team with a RESERVATION CLERK (m/f/d) 

Your responsibilities

• Processing incoming vacation requests and reservations via email and phone, and preparing quotes and confirmations
• Warm and professional vacation advice
• Active promotion of additional services, upgrades, etc.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems such as Protel and ReGuest (experience preferred)
• Guest Data Management
• Clear communication with other departments to ensure that guest services run smoothly

Your Profile

• Completed training in the hospitality industry
• Several years of professional experience in the 4- or 5-star hotel industry in a similar position is a plus
• A structured and independent work style with a strong focus on service and attention to detail
• Enjoy providing guest service over the phone with a confident and friendly demeanor
• Resilience in stressful situations & solution-oriented work
• Sales-oriented mindset, enthusiasm for active selling, and a passion for the profession
• Willingness to collaborate on the further development of quality standards and to pursue personal professional development
• Quick learner
• Well-groomed appearance 
• Excellent German and English skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus
