We are expanding our team with a RECEPTIONIST (m/f/d) starting November 26, 2026

Your Responsibilities

• A Warm Welcome and Excellent Service for Our Guests
• Check In & Check Out 
• Managing Your Own Cash Flow & Financial Responsibility
• One-stop shop for all guest requests related to your vacation at the STOCK resort
• Accurate and responsible performance of administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Education with a focus on tourism or professional experience in this or a similar position
• Passion & a Strong Commitment to Customer Service   
• Open and Respectful Manners
• A confident and friendly demeanor
• Team Player & Quality-Oriented
• Willingness to collaborate on the further development of quality standards and to pursue personal professional development 
• Languages: German and English, spoken and written
