Housekeeper (m/w/d)

We are strengthening our team with a HOUSEKEEPER (m/f/d) starting May 4, 2026.

Your responsibilities

• Inspection of all cleaned guest rooms on arrival and departure days
• Responsibility for releasing rooms after successful quality control
• Ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with our hotel standards
• Supporting the head governess in day-to-day operations
• Providing technical guidance and support to the housekeeping team on the floor
• Active participation in daily housekeeping operations as needed
• Monitoring of public areas and back-of-house zones
• Close cooperation with reception and building services to optimize processes
• Participation in duty roster planning and organization
• Training new colleagues and promoting a positive and appreciative team atmosphere
• Professional handling of guest requests and feedback

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a comparable position and in this hotel category
• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene, as well as an eye for detail
• Team-oriented, structured, and reliable approach to work
• Hands-on approach and enjoyment of operational work
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Very good written and spoken German, English skills an advantage
• Enjoy working with people—both in a team and in contact with guests
