We are looking to expand our team with a HOUSEKEEPER (m/f/d)

The STOCK resort is one of Austria’s leading 5-star superior hotels. We are looking for a dedicated and quality-conscious individual to join our housekeeping team—someone who enjoys taking on responsibility and helping to uphold our high standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Inspection of all cleaned guest rooms on arrival and departure days
• Responsibility for releasing rooms after successful quality control
• Ensuring our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with our hotel standards
• Assisting the head governess with day-to-day operations
• Providing technical guidance and support to the housekeeping team on the floor
• Active participation in daily housekeeping operations as needed
• Inspection of public areas and back-of-house areas
• Close collaboration with the front desk and building services to optimize operations
• Participation in the creation and organization of work schedules
• Onboarding new colleagues and fostering a positive and supportive team environment
• Professional handling of guest requests and feedback

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in a similar position and in this hotel category
• A strong commitment to quality and hygiene, as well as an eye for detail
• A team-oriented, structured, and reliable approach to work
• A hands-on approach and a passion for hands-on work
• A confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
• Enjoy working with people—both as part of a team and when interacting with guests
