Your responsibilities

As the Head of Cosmetics, you will serve as the technical and organizational point of contact for our cosmetics team and, together with your team, ensure exceptional moments of well-being of the highest quality:

• A warm welcome, as well as personalized service and advice for our guests
• Providing professional facial and body treatments as well as cosmetic services
• Responsibility for organizing and coordinating daily operations in the cosmetics department
• Inventory control and order processing
• Management, motivation, and training of the cosmetics team
• Conducting internal training sessions and ensuring the professional development of the team
• Ensuring our high standards of quality, hygiene, and service
• Active product sales and targeted cross-selling
• Support for scheduling and resource planning
• Shared responsibility for the further development of the spa and beauty concept

Your Profile

You impress not only with your professional expertise, but also with your personality—with a genuine passion for cosmetics, leadership skills, and a love for working with people:

• Completed vocational training in the field of cosmetology
• Knowledge of the Maria Galland and/or QMS brands
• Several years of professional and technical experience, ideally in a hotel of a similar category
• A friendly, open-minded person with a genuine sense of hospitality and a passion for their work
• Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a motivational and appreciative leadership style
• A well-groomed appearance and a confident demeanor
• Excellent German and good English skills
• Knowledge of the TAC SPA software and the Protel hotel management system is a plus
