We are expanding our team with a Cosmetics Manager (m/f/d) starting November 26

Your Responsibilities

As the Cosmetics Manager, you’ll serve as the technical and organizational point of contact for our cosmetics team and, together with your team, ensure exceptional moments of well-being at the highest level:

• A warm welcome, as well as personalized service and advice for our guests
• Providing professional facial and body treatments as well as cosmetic procedures
• Responsibility for organizing and coordinating daily operations in the cosmetics department
• Inventory control and order processing
• Leadership, Motivation, and Training of the Cosmetics Team
• Conducting internal training sessions and facilitating the team's professional development
• Ensuring our high standards of quality, hygiene, and service
• Active product sales and targeted cross-selling
• Support for Duty and Operational Scheduling
• Shared responsibility for the further development of the spa and beauty concept

Your Profile

You stand out not only for your professional expertise, but also for your personality—with a genuine passion for cosmetics, leadership skills, and a love for working with people:

• Completed vocational training in the field of cosmetology
• Product knowledge of the Maria Galland and/or QMS brands
• Several years of professional and technical experience, ideally in a comparable hotel category
• A friendly, open-minded person with genuine hospitality and a passion for their work
• Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a motivational and appreciative leadership style
• A well-groomed appearance and a confident demeanor
• Excellent German and good English skills
• Knowledge of the TAC spa software and the Protel hotel management system is a plus
