Bar Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated restaurant manager (m/f/d) for our half-board restaurant at the Hotel Bellevue, which is connected via an underground passage. 

Your Qualifications

• Ideally, some initial work experience in a similar position—but we also welcome candidates from other fields
• Enjoyment of working with international guests, as well as a passion for hospitality and excellent service.
• Team spirit, flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
• A well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and a professional, confident demeanor.
• A strong hands-on attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever help is needed.
• Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

• You will assist our head bartender and the bar team, and together you will ensure that service runs smoothly.
• You will provide warm and attentive service to our international guests, ensuring they feel well taken care of and delighted.
• You will professionally prepare the bar for daily operations and handle the mise en place.
• You take food and beverage orders, serve them professionally, and ensure first-class service.
• They consistently adhere to our service, quality, and hygiene standards.
• You will ensure that the entire bar area is tidy and clean, and you will work with an eye toward both cost and quality.
• When needed, you'll assist your team in the restaurant and contribute to cross-departmental collaboration.

Good to Know

A minimum salary above the collective bargaining agreement is guaranteed for this position. The exact amount depends on qualifications and experienceand will be discussed during a personal interview. Start date: November 2026
