In detail

As an HR Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our employees on-site in Obergurgl. You’ll always be available to listen to their concerns, provide support with organizational issues, and help ensure that our team feels well taken care of in their day-to-day work.

Together with our HR Manager, you will refine existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement measures to make processes simpler and more efficient. In addition, you will assist with administrative HR matters and help prepare reports and analyses for the General Manager.

The position is intentionally designed to be flexible and is ideal for part-time work—working about three days a week is generally sufficient. Motivated entry-level professionals and recent graduates with a focus on business are also welcome to apply.

Your Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, human resources, or administration is a plus—motivated career changers are also welcome
  • An independent, structured, and reliable work style with strong organizational skills
  • A friendly, confident, and service-oriented demeanor, as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Discretion, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle sensitive information with trust
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • A passion for working with people, empathy, and a willingness to listen to our employees’ concerns
  • Initiative and the motivation to actively help shape processes and continuously improve them
  • Proficiency in using standard Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR software is a plus

 

Your Responsibilities

  • The first point of contact for our on-site employees: They are available to listen to questions, concerns, and organizational issues, and support our team in their day-to-day work.
  • Support throughout the entire employee lifecycle: From onboarding new employees to providing assistance with administrative HR matters, our team members will guide you with professionalism and warmth.
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel-related records: You will carefully manage employee data, assist with HR administrative tasks, and ensure structured processes.
  • Optimizing Internal HR Processes: Together with our HR Manager, you will analyze existing processes, propose improvements, and oversee their implementation on-site.
  • Preparing analyses and reports: You will prepare HR metrics, statistics, and analyses for the General Manager and provide support for organizational projects.
  • Close collaboration with our HR Manager and all departments: You promote open communication and help ensure that information flows efficiently and in a spirit of trust.
  • Helping Shape Our Company Culture: Whether through employee events, internal initiatives, or small gestures—you help ensure that our team feels valued and welcome.

Good to Know

For this position, a salary above the minimum set by the collective bargaining agreement is offered—depending on qualifications and experience—and will be determined jointly during a personal interview.

The position is advertised with a workload of approximately 20 hours per week. The candidate is expected to be on-site in Obergurgl three days per week, including two half-days and one full day. The specific schedule of workdays will be determined by mutual agreement.
