To strengthen our young and motivated team at AUSTRIA, we are looking for a passionate Guest Relations Manager / Hostess / Host (w/m/d). 

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational or academic training (career changers welcome)
• Ideally, some experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
• A passionate host with a passion for personalized guest service
• Team spirit and a willingness to help
• Open to new challenges and eager to continually grow
• Excellent command of German and English
• A structured approach to work and reliability 

Your Responsibilities

• A Warm Welcome to Our Hotel and Restaurant Guests
• You will serve as the point of contact for guest relations at the front desk and in the restaurant
• You are responsible for ensuring that guests are seated smoothly
• Preparing table and seating charts in coordination with the maître d'
• Administrative duties as part of the front desk team
• Willingness to assist with day-to-day operations in the hotel, service, and restaurant sectors

A minimum salary is stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement for this position. A higher salary may be offered, depending on qualifications and experience, and will be discussed during a personal interview.
