Description
Are you passionate about working with food and do you want our guests to be happy? Then we are looking for you as Commis de Cuisine for our Wedelhütte. As a Commis de Cuisine you are at the beginning of your career, but you will quickly become a valuable addition to the Wedelhütte team.

THAT'S YOU After successfully completing your training as a chef, you can really hit the ground running with us. As part of our kitchen team, you should be versatile, open-minded and motivated and, above all, have a passion for cooking. We attach great importance to a guest-oriented and friendly way of working, which is always our top priority. THESE ARE YOUR TASKS As a Commis de Cuisine, you will assist in the preparation of à la carte dishes and ensure that all products and materials are used in a cost-conscious manner. It is also your responsibility to keep your workplace clean at all times in accordance with hygiene standards. Your main focus will be on the day-to-day business, but you will also be involved in looking after our hotel guests in the evening twice a week.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS AT A GLANCE For full-time employment from December 2023, a 6-day week with 48 hours is planned. The gross salary for a 48-hour week is at least € 2,500. Payment is in accordance with the collective agreement (hotel & catering industry) with the willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications.
