📍 Location: Wedelhütte, Hochzillertal Ski Resort, Tyrol, Austria

📅Season: December through April | 6-day workweek | 48 hours/ seasonal position

🏨 Boutique hotel with 5-star comfort| 26 beds | Daytime operations with high guest volume*

🏠 Accommodation in the valley & meals provided during working hours

About us:

Our ski lodge is located at over 2,000 meters above sea level in the heart of the ski resort in the beautiful Zillertal. We combine alpine lodge charm with upscale service and place a high value on quality, hospitality, and warmth.

For the upcoming winter season, we’re looking for a motivated BAR PROFESSIONAL who has extensive experience and organizational skills and is both able and willing to work with enthusiasm and resilience under pressure.

Requirements

  • Work Experience: Initial experience in a similar position—ideally in upscale dining.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview even when the workload is high.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, as well as the ability to keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
  • ProfessionalAppearance: A well-groomed appearance and a positive demeanor.
  • Speed: Ability to work quickly and precisely to provide guests with first-class service.
  • Commute: For winter sports enthusiasts, the commute can be made by ski or snowboard—including first and last runs on the empty slopes.

     

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Bar operations: Responsibility for ensuring smooth operations at the bar, including preparing and serving drinks.
  • Organization: Ensuring a well-organized workspace, including maintaining and tidying up the bar.
  • Stress Management: Remainingcalm and level-headed in hectic situations to maintain control and deliver a consistently high level of service.
  • Quality control: Ensuring compliance with high standards in the preparation and presentation of beverages.
  • Hygiene: Adhering to hygiene regulations and regularly cleaning the bar areas.
