You skillfully look after our guests in the hotel's own restaurant
You are responsible for your own ward
Daily inspection of your area for cleanliness, completeness and tidiness
Daily mise en place work
Advising guests on their choice of wine, drinks and food
They represent our family hospitality
Your area of responsibility also includes compliance with our HACCP and quality guidelines

Requirements
You have completed vocational training or are a motivated career changer
You already have professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
You are a team player and love dealing with people
You pay attention to the details
Even in stressful situations you keep the overview
You speak good German and ideally also English
You are characterized by independent thinking, commitment and professionalism
