Description
- You will skillfully take care of our guests in the hotel's restaurant
- With the appropriate training, you will also stand in for the bartender on their days off
- You will be responsible for your own station
- Daily inspection of your area for cleanliness, completeness, and order
- Daily mise en place tasks
- Advising guests on wine, beverage, and food selections
- You will embody our warm, family-style hospitality
- Your responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with our HACCP and quality guidelines
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or are a motivated career changer
- You already have professional experience in the hospitality industry
- You are a team player and enjoy working with people
- You pay attention to detail
- You keep your cool even in stressful situations
- You speak German and English very well
- You are known for your independent thinking, dedication, and professionalism
- You have a talent for sales
