We are strengthening our team with a COMMIS DE RANG (m/f/d) starting May 11, 2026.

Your responsibilities

• Support and advice for our guests
• Food & beverage service
• Mise en place activities 
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Setting up and supervising the various buffets
• Compliance with HACCP quality standards
• Performing general cleaning tasks in the back office

Your profile

• Completed training in the catering/hotel industry
• Several years of professional experience in the 4*/5* hotel industry in a similar position is an advantage.
• Enjoy working with people & love your job
• Team spirit with an open charisma and a charming and courteous manner
• Well-groomed appearance
• Communication skills & confident manner
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
