Description
We are strengthening our team with a COMMIS DE RANG (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Support & advice for our guests
- Food & beverage service
- Mise en place activities
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Set-up & supervision of the various buffets
- Compliance with HACCP quality standards
- Carrying out general cleaning work in the back office
Your profile
- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry
- Several years of professional experience in the 4*/5* hotel industry in a similar position an advantage
- Enjoy working with people & love the profession
- Team spirit with an open charisma & charming and courteous manner
- Well-groomed appearance
- Communication talent & confident appearance
- Good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
