Your responsibilities
- Active participation in daily kitchen workflows
- Preparation of the mise en place
- Preparation of a wide variety of national and international dishes & meals
- Support in implementing tasks and goals
- Checking inventory and putting away deliveries
- Compliance with hygiene standards according to HACCP
Your profile
- Completed training with in-depth knowledge of food and products
- Enjoyment in working with food
- Flexibility regarding weekend and holiday shifts
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- Clean and economical operation
- Well-groomed appearance
- Good knowledge of German
