Description
We are strengthening our team with a DEPUTY HEAD WAITER (m/f/d) for our exclusive 5-star superior hotel starting May 11.
Your responsibilities
- Support for the restaurant management team
- Participate in the management and development of a team of approximately 40 employees
- Independent management of individual shifts
- Help and support in service
- Conducting internal training sessions
- Close communication and coordination with other departments in the hotel
- Business thinking and action
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a chef de rang in this hotel category
- Hosting skills & a flair for service excellence with in-depth wine knowledge
- Enjoy working with people & love your job
- Professional demeanor & resilience
- Organizational skills & a motivating approach to employees
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage
