Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking to expand our team with a DEPUTY HEAD WAITER (m/f/d) for our exclusive 5-star superior hotel

Your responsibilities

• Support for the restaurant management team
• Help lead and develop a team of approximately 40 employees
• Independently managing individual shifts
• Help and Support
• Conducting internal training sessions
• Close communication and coordination with other departments in the hotel
• Business Thinking & Action

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a chef de rang in this hotel category
• Hospitality skills and a knack for service excellence, combined with in-depth knowledge of wine
• Enjoyment of working with people & a passion for the job
• Professional demeanor & resilience
• Organizational skills & the ability to motivate employees
• Well-groomed appearance
• Excellent knowledge of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
