Description
We are expanding our team with a TECHNICAL MANAGER (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for all technical matters
- Monitoring, supervising, and ensuring the smooth operation of the technical department
- Creation of work orders
- Requesting Quotes and Approving Maintenance and Repair Work
- Regular building inspections & patrols
- Organization and execution of maintenance, servicing, and repair work on all electrical systems
- Orientation and Training of New Employees
- Compliance with guidelines throughout the workplace (occupational safety / order / cleanliness)
- Ensuring that maintenance work is carried out promptly and correctly
- Cost-effective use and timely ordering of all materials used
- Collaboration with other departments
- Invoice verification
Your profile:
- A completed apprenticeship as an electrician or electrical engineer, or a completed technical degree (HTL, FH, or university) with a focus on electrical engineering
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Good written and spoken German
- In-depth expertise & extensive technical know-how
- Technical interest and hands-on skills in the fields of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and swimming pool technology
- Strong interpersonal skills, dedication, ability to handle pressure, and independence
- A cost-conscious, structured, and responsible approach to work
- Proficiency in using common Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of EIB is a plus
- Advanced IT skills
- Hands-on approach
