Residential Electrician (m/f/d)

We are expanding our team with a TECHNICAL MANAGER (m/f/d) 

Your responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact for all technical matters
• Monitoring, supervising, and ensuring the smooth operation of the technical department
• Creation of work orders
• Requesting Quotes and Approving Maintenance and Repair Work
• Regular building inspections & patrols
• Organization and execution of maintenance, servicing, and repair work on all electrical systems
• Orientation and Training of New Employees 
• Compliance with guidelines throughout the workplace (occupational safety / order / cleanliness)
• Ensuring that maintenance work is carried out promptly and correctly
• Cost-effective use and timely ordering of all materials used
• Collaboration with other departments
• Invoice verification

Your profile:

• A completed apprenticeship as an electrician or electrical engineer, or a completed technical degree (HTL, FH, or university) with a focus on electrical engineering
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Good written and spoken German
• In-depth expertise & extensive technical know-how
• Technical interest and hands-on skills in the fields of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and swimming pool technology
• Strong interpersonal skills, dedication, ability to handle pressure, and independence
• A cost-conscious, structured, and responsible approach to work
• Proficiency in using common Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of EIB is a plus
• Advanced IT skills
• Hands-on approach
• organizational skills
