House electrician (m/f/d)

We are strengthening our team with a TECHNICAL MANAGER (m/f/d) 

Your responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all technical matters
• Control, monitoring, and ensuring smooth operations in the technical department
• Creation of work orders
• Requesting quotes and approving maintenance and repair work
• Regular building inspections and patrols
• Organization and execution of maintenance, servicing, and repair work on all electrical systems
• Training and instruction of new employees 
• Compliance with guidelines throughout the entire work area (occupational safety / order / cleanliness)
• Ensuring prompt and correct completion of maintenance work
• Cost-conscious use and timely ordering of all materials used
• Collaboration with other departments

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrician/electrical engineer or completed technical training (HTL, FH, or university) with a focus on electrical engineering
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good written and spoken German skills
• In-depth expertise & extensive technical know-how
• Technical interest and manual skills in the fields of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and swimming pool technology
• High social competence, commitment, resilience, independence
• Cost-conscious, structured, and responsible approach to work
• Confident use of standard MS Office programs
• EIB knowledge is an advantage
• Advanced IT skills
• Hands-on approach
• organizational skills
