We are looking for you - Innovative, creative cuisine inspires our young and old guests and whets their appetite for more. With your young, committed team, you will cook upscale Tyrolean cuisine with that certain something of internationality and lightness. Freshness, regionality and home-made dishes are particularly important to us. Our restaurant is a 4* gourmet restaurant that meets the highest standards.

Your tasks:

• Creation of the mise en place at the entremetier's post
• Ensuring the consistency and quality of the food
• Compliance with the hygiene concept (HACCP)
• Training trainees in the kitchen
• Receipt and inspection of goods, proper storage of goods

We would be delighted if you:

• you have a vocational training or apprenticeship as a chef
• already have professional experience in a similar function
• have a clean and independent way of working
• Has good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility, creativity, ability to work under pressure and great professional interest
