We—the Seitenalm—are a diverse and fun-loving group of warm-hearted people who value teamwork, treat each other as equals, and shape our future together. For our approximately 200 guests, we’re looking for someone to join our kitchen team who can spread good cheer first thing in the morning and ensure the perfect start to the day!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly and prepare breakfast for our 200 guests. You’ll work closely with our breakfast service team to ensure a seamless supply of food. Your main responsibilities include setting up the breakfast buffet, preparing fresh, hot egg dishes, adhering to hygiene and quality standards (HACCP), and managing the overall organization of our breakfast area. 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

To join our team, you must meet the following qualifications:

- Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry (experience with buffet service for up to 200 guests is a plus).

- Excellent knowledge of food and high standards of hygiene

- Enjoy working independently and in a structured manner, and have an eye for detail.

- Reliability, team spirit, and the ability to keep a cool head when things get hectic in the morning.

- Good command of German; English is a plus
