Description
As a Garde-Manger in our kitchen at the family-run Superior Hotel in Pertisau am Achensee, you are the creative and reliable support of our kitchen team. You ensure that our cold dishes, from sophisticated starters to fresh salads and fine platters, are perfectly prepared, attractively presented and served with attention to detail.
With your expertise, overview and passion for quality, you will support the kitchen management, organize your post and actively contribute to making every dish a culinary experience.
Your tasks with us
- Responsibility for the cold kitchen area (starters, salads, platters)
- Organization and control of work processes at your post
- Mise en place and preparation of buffets and à la carte dishes
- Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a chef
- Experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
- Organizational talent, personal responsibility and team spirit
- Passion for creative presentations and high-quality products
- Enjoy delighting guests with fresh and tasty creations
- Language skills
