Arrive, feel good, be welcome - it starts with you! As a receptionist at our family-run superior hotel in Pertisau am Achensee, you are the first point of contact, organizational talent and host all at the same time. We don't have a rigid front or back office, we work together, for each other and for our guests. From a warm welcome and personal service to preparing offers and making reservations: you are right in the middle of the action and play an active role in shaping the guest experience.
Your tasks with us
- You are the friendly face at reception and the first point of contact for our guests
- You look after our guests before, during and after their stay - by phone, email and in person
- You create offers, process reservations and ensure that everything runs smoothly at reception
- You work closely with all departments and are an important part of the whole
- You contribute your own ideas to continuously improve processes and guest care
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the hotel industry or experience at reception
- Enjoy working with people and have a natural hospitality
- Organizational talent, accuracy and strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English (other languages an advantage)
- Personal responsibility, team spirit and a desire to get involved
