Janitor / technician (m/f/d)

As a caretaker at the Leutascherhof, you will ensure that our hotel runs smoothly in terms of technology, appearance, and organization. You will be the point of contact for minor and major maintenance work and will play a key role in ensuring that our guests and our team feel comfortable.

Your tasks:

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work throughout the hotel
• Maintaining and checking technical equipment in cooperation with external specialist companies
• Care and maintenance of the outdoor facilities and garden
• Assisting with seasonal work (e.g., winter service)
• Handling beverages and internal goods logistics
• Careful waste separation and organization of the disposal area
• General manual tasks and support with ongoing projects
• Replacing the dishwasher in the kitchen on a specified day of the week
