Description
The Steigenberger Hotel and Spa Krems is part of the H-World International chain and is nestled among the surrounding vineyards. The hotel features two dining areas, two bars, a modern conference center, a total of 173 rooms and suites, and a spacious wellness and relaxation area.
To support our dedicated team of technicians, we are currently seeking a building technician/caretaker (m/f/d) for a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Tasks
Your responsibilities:
• Repair and maintenance work in and around the entire hotel
• Monitoring and maintaining all technical systems
• Preparing seminar rooms for events
• Providing technical support to seminar guests during events
• Occasionally assisting with luggage for arriving and departing guests
Requirements
• You have completed a trade apprenticeship
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• You are reliable and conscientious
• Physically fit
• Confident demeanor
• Friendly demeanor
• Class B driver’s license
Experience
1 Jahr Work experience
< 1 Jahr Leadership experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Mobility
Driving license B
Own car required
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
2400 € gross / month
For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary of €2,400.00 for candidates who have completed an apprenticeship; we are willing to pay a higher salary for candidates with the appropriate qualifications.
