Welcome to the VALARA team—the Alpine Art Hotel in the Zillertal! Do you enjoy interacting with people, work in a structured manner, and want to know what really happens behind the scenes at a hotel? Then start your career with us—immediately or by agreement—as a HOTEL & HOSPITALITY ASSISTANT APPRENTICE (f/m/d) at the VALARA Alpine Art Hotel. 

What you can expect:

• 3-year training program with block teaching (once a year)
• Insights into reception, booking, guest services, and organization
• You will be trained in all areas – for a career with a future

Your responsibilities: 

• Welcoming and checking in arriving guests
• Organizing a smooth stay
• Guest support and information center for all our guests' concerns
• Checking out and saying goodbye to departing guests
• Invoicing, cash management
• Performing administrative reception tasks & master data maintenance
• Preparation of offers and reservation confirmations
• Various control tasks
• Direct room sales to guests
• Waiter & credit card billing

• Beverage & food service in the restaurant and lobby
