**Career with apprenticeship**
We are looking for a HOTEL & HOSPITAL ASSISTANT APPRENTICE (f/m/d) for an apprenticeship in an interesting, future-proof industry with international opportunities. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and the vocational school lessons take place in blocks once a year.
We are also happy to cover the boarding school costs for the vocational school for existing apprentices. You will work in all reception positions and learn all the skills you need for your future career. Together with the entire reception team, you will ensure that our guests have a carefree stay. The training salary and vacation entitlement are based on the requirements of the Chamber of Commerce and the collective agreement. Accommodation and meals will be provided for you free of charge.
Your tasks:
- Welcoming and checking in arriving guests
- Organizing the smooth running of the stay
- Guest care and information point for all our guests' concerns
- Checking out and saying goodbye to departing guests
- Invoicing, cash register management
- Carrying out administrative reception work & maintaining master data
- Preparation of offers and reservation confirmations
- Various checking tasks
- direct room sales to guests
- Waiter & credit card billing
Drinks & food service in the restaurant and lobby
