Welcome to the VALARA team—the Alpine Art Hotel in the Zillertal! To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an ENTREMETIER (m/f/d) with a love of vegetables, soups, and side dishes of the highest quality, to start immediately or by agreement.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the head chef to ensure a smooth workflow
- Daily mise en place
- Preparing and cooking side dishes, soups, and various starters
- Assisting with the planning, organization, and coordination of kitchen processes in your position
- Cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal products and ingredients
Checking stock levels and placing orders as necessary in consultation with our head chef

Requirements
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship or tourism school degree with experience
- Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the upscale hotel industry
- Experience as a chef de partie
- Knowledge of regional, international, and national cuisine
- Awareness of goods handling and use
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Team player, sociable, flexible, resilient, good communication skills, ability to deal with conflict, and enjoyment of the job
- Well-groomed appearance
- Independent and responsible way of working
