Welcome to the VALARA team—the Alpine Art Hotel in the Zillertal! Do you want to not only learn how to cook, but also understand it? Are you interested in fresh products, creative dishes, and teamwork in a hotel kitchen? Then start your career with us—immediately or by agreement—as a COOKING APPRENTICE (f/m/d) at the VALARA Alpine Art Hotel. 

What you can expect:

• 3-year training program with block teaching (once a year)
• You will work in all areas of the kitchen – from preparation to plating
• You will learn how to use regional ingredients in creative and modern ways
• You will work in a team that will support and encourage you
• Boarding school costs covered if you are already in an apprenticeship

• Fair training allowance and vacation entitlement in accordance with the collective agreement and Chamber of Commerce guidelines

Your tasks:

• Preparation of food for menus, buffets, and à la carte
• Shared responsibility for optimal production processes
• Ensuring the quality of the prepared meals
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
