**Career with apprenticeship**

We are looking for a COOK APPRENTICE (f/m/d) for an apprenticeship in an interesting, future-proof industry with international opportunities.

The apprenticeship lasts 3 years and the vocational school lessons take place in blocks once a year. We are also happy to cover the boarding school costs for the vocational school for existing apprentices.

You will work in all areas of our hotel kitchen and learn all the skills you need for your future career.

Together with the entire kitchen team, you will provide our guests with a culinary experience based on regional delicacies

The training salary and vacation entitlement are based on the requirements of the Chamber of Commerce and the collective agreement. Accommodation and meals will be provided free of charge.

Your activities:

• Preparation of food for menus, buffets and á la carte
• Sharing responsibility for an optimal production process
• Ensuring the quality of the prepared food
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
