Do you love interacting with people, want to inspire guests with your charm and expertise, and are you looking for training with a future? Then start your career with us—immediately or by agreement—as a RESTAURANT APPRENTICE (f/m/d) at the VALARA Alpine Art Hotel.

What you can expect:

•  3-year training program with block teaching (once a year)
• Insights into all areas of the hotel restaurant & hotel bar
• You will learn professional serving, wine and beverage knowledge, and guest service
• You will work in a team that will support and encourage you
• Boarding school costs covered if you are already in an apprenticeship

  Your responsibilities:

• Active support of the chef de rang on a station
• Welcoming, seating, and providing expert advice to guests
• Wine and beverage service
• Serving food
• Breakfast service
• Knowledge of the food and beverage menu and wine list
• Setting up and supervising a wide variety of buffets
• Providing the necessary mise en place
• Office work (cutlery, glasses, etc.)
• Performing general cleaning tasks
• Compliance with HCCP guidelines
• Handling complaints quickly and in a guest-oriented manner
